Club Ride – Sunday 13th November

The proposed cafe stop for this weekend’s Sunday ride is at the Dare Valley Centre near Aberdare. I have suggested three routes for a long hilly, medium hilly and a shorter route with maybe one climb.

The first group ride may be too long given the time of year. If you do decide to take on the challenge please ensure it is within your capability.

As usual, volunteers to lead would be nice.

Please ensure you carry adequate spares and appropriate clothing. Enjoy the ride!

The suggested routes are as follows –

Group 1 – Approx 80 miles.

Maindy – Church Village – Llantrisant – Gilfach Goch – Blackmill – Bwlch – Rhigos – Cafe at Dare Valley – Maerdy – Ferndale – Llanwunno – Pontypridd – Maindy.

Group 2 – Approx 70 miles.

Maindy – Pontypridd – Treorci – Rhigos – Cafe at Dare Valley – Maerdy – Ferndale – Pontypridd – Maindy.

Group 3 – Approx 50 miles.

Maindy – Pontypridd – Ferndale – Maerdy – Cafe at Dare Valley – Mountain Ash – Yns-Y-Bwl – Pontypridd – Maindy.
