Tim will lead Group 1 from Maindy- Treforest- Llantrisant- Heol Y Cyw- Cefn Cribwr- Pyle- Stormy Down- Merthyr Mawr- Ewenny- Coast Rd back to Maindy. 67 miles mainly rolling with 1 short climb.

Unfortunately I have had a poor response from my volunteers this week so we only have 3 designated rides arranged for Sunday. I am sure that if we need to split the groups there will be other ride leaders there to help out.
