2 x 1 hour session starting at 18:00 & 19:00
We only have the track until 20:00 for the next 2 weeks. This means there will be 2 x 1 hours sessions starting at 18:00 and 19:00 prompt. Please be there in plenty of time to sign on and be ready to ride.
Because of the change there will be a different format to the sessions. Rather than just chaingang the session will be a coached session with different drill and sets of efforts.

Sam Williams, One Pro Cycling wins the 2017 Betty Pharoah Memorial Road Race.
With a full team from One Pro Cycling they were always going to dominate the E/1/2/3 race but it was good to see they weren’t given an easy ride. It was even more pleasing for us to see Ajax rider Llyr Smallwood coming in 4th just behind the One Pro trio Sam Williams, Tom Baylis and Kirstian house who stayed away on the last lap, Sam Williams getting his hands in the air. Danni King MBE mixed it with the men coming home in the chasing bunch as 1st female.Read More
You may have heard the news regarding the ongoing issues around Llandow due to a large fire at the Recycling Plant which has been burning since a week last Thursday, 2nd March. Smoke from the fire has been causing low visibility on surrounding roads depending on the wind direction. This has resulted in the B4270 Llantwit Major road being intermittently closed between Llandow Circuit and Llantwit Major roundabout for road safety reasons.Read More

As usual, we’ll ride at the pace of the slowest and cover a distance of around 20/25 miles. Coffee, cake, chat and a warm welcome guaranteed.
– a roadworthy bike;
– tools and spares, including inner tubes and a pump;
– a drink, a snack:
– a helmet;
– to wear appropriate clothing for the weather;
– a functioning rear light, just in case it’s dull and overcast;
– suncream (in case it’s not dull and overcast) 😛
The ride will leave Maindy at 09:30 sharp. Please arrive a little bit earlier to sign on.

The Reliability Rides will take place on the first three Sundays in February.
- Sunday 5th February: 50 miles hilly – route
- Sunday 12th February: 75 miles – route
- Sunday 19th February: 100 miles – route
Although the hilly ride is only 50 miles (a little more actually!), its difficulty should not be under-estimated, it is quite tough, so be prepared please. Be assured there are coffee and cake stops on these rides!Read More
