DARREN will lead the Fast group from Maindy- Wenvoe- Barry- Rhoose- Llantwit- Merthyr Mawr- Porthcawl(coffee)- Laleston- Bridgend- Pencoed- Groesfaen- Llandaff- Maindy. 65 miles rolling.

MARK will lead the Intermediate 1 group from Maindy- flats to Newport- Caerleon- flood rd to Usk(coffee)- Llangybi- Newport- A48 back to Maindy. 50 miles rolling.

PETER will lead the Intermediate group 2 from Maindy- A48 to Newport- Langstone- Parc Seymour- Usk(coffee)- Llangybi- Newport- A48 back to Maindy. 55 miles 1 climb.

CRAIG will lead the Steady group from Maindy- Rhiwbina- Caerphilly- Nantgarw- Tonteg- Llantrisant- Cowbridge- Llandow- Llantwit(coffee)- coast rd back to Maindy. 48 miles 1 climb.
