LADIES RIDE…Special Edition!
The next ladies ride will be on 6 April starting at 1030 from the Tennis Centre at the International Sports Village in Newport.
The ride will complement the women’s cycling workshop which several of us are participating in, at the Welsh Cycle Show on 5th April. The show is at the Velodrome.
As before, all abilities welcome. We’ll ride at the pace of the slowest rider. The route will be pretty flat.
Please remember to bring a helmet, to dress for the weather and ensure your bike is roadworthy. As always, you are responsible for your own wellbeing on the ride whilst looking out for others.
