Sunday Club Rides 22nd December

There are only 3 organised groups this week as many ride leaders are pretty busy. There will be other people available should groups need to split.

The 3 groups are all steady rides and as usual are all subject to numbers and weather.

Peter Brice will take a group from Maindy- Flats to Dyffryn- Caerleon- Bettws- 14 locks- Cwmcarn(coffee)- Cefn Mably- St Mellons- Maindy. 45 miles and lumpy.

Bernard Brown will take a group from Maindy- Pontypridd- Ynysybwl- Mt Ash or Rhondda Heritage for coffee- and back to Maindy. 40 miles may have a lump?

Suzie Warren will take a group from Maindy to Ewenny and back via the coast rd. It is mandatory that if you ride with this group you must wear something festive. This could be a Santa suit, hat, beard, tinsel, bauble, elf outfit, reindeer, red nose, mistletoe, holly, ivy, Christmas lights, Christmas pudding, cracker, wrapping paper or anything else you can think of to do with Christmas. There is NO COFFEE STOP for this ride but there is a PUB STOP which will either be in St Brides or Wick and there will be a free drink for the best dressed rider . There will be a maximum of 16 riders for this group and if there are more then it will split and Rob Warren will take the other group over the same route a couple of minutes behind.
