MEMBERS ARE ASKED TO NOTE: –
(i) Junior members aged under 18 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult to attend the AGM.
(ii) There will be NO track session on Maindy Track on 2 December.
(iii) If you were awarded a trophy at the 2015 Dinner can you please return your trophy on the evening of the AGM so that they can be prepared for the Club’s Annual Dinner on 30 January 2016 (please return to Graeme Boswell).
